Returns and Exchange Policy
- Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 Days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be Unused, Unwashed & With All Original Tags and Packaging intact.
- Products purchased during Sale or Clearance Sales are Not Eligible for return or exchange.
- To request a return or exchange, please email us at info.deraille@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed once the returned item passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to the Original Payment Method within 7 Business Days of it's approval.
- For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of product damage or quality issues, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Tax/GST is Inclusive in payment.
