Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 Days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be Unused, Unwashed & With All Original Tags and Packaging intact.
3. Products purchased during Sale or Clearance Sales are Not Eligible for return or exchange.
4. To request a return or exchange, please email us at info.deraille@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
5. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
6. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed once the returned item passes our quality check.
2. Refunds will be credited to the Original Payment Method within 7 Business Days of it's approval.
3. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
4. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. In case of product damage or quality issues, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Tax/GST is Inclusive in payment.
